The Moment that Everything Changed
In 1994 I was sent home from work on stress leave. It made me seriously look at how emotionally incapable I really was.
I went on to discover tools that helped me let go of the insecurities and self doubt buried deep in my belief systems, and I have never looked back.
That journey led me to establish Balance Central, where I help people recognise the patterns holding them back and develop the self-awareness to move forward.
Now I'm a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), a credential held by approximately 1% of the world's professional speakers, a co-author of a bestselling book, and a professional development specialist with over 25 years in the industry. I've worked with 500+ clients one-on-one and thousands more through programs and workshops across 10+ countries.
